Police investigated the theft and reached SM and KA who were involved in the crime and were living with a woman in a flat.

Police arrested KS and confiscated a tool used in the robbery.

On confronting him with the theft charges, he admitted to committing the crime in connivance with SM.

Police raided the flat and arrested SM with the woman and found the three dogs.

The woman, BB, 29, Omani actress, who is a friend of the accused Emirati, denied any knowledge that the dogs were stolen

“In October, my friend SM came to my flat and offered me three German dogs. I accepted the gift,” she told the police.

Police informed the actress that the dogs were stolen from a pet shop in Al Barsha area.

The two admitted to theft of the three dogs and the Dh2,000 cash.

However, KA denied the accusation before the court while SM admitted to it saying that he stole dogs to offer to his fiancé.
