12 liquor bottles under kandoora

Saudi customs men on the region’s longest causeway arrested a man after they found 12 liquor bottles hidden under his gown, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

The Saudi was returning from Bahrain to his home in the Gulf Kingdom when the customs officials on the 25km causeway linking the two Gulf countries suspected him and decided to search his, 'Sabq' said.

It quoted customs chief Daifallah Al Otaibi as saying customs men found 12 liquor bottles tied to his underwear and covered by his dishdasha (gown).
