Child molester jailed, to be deported

A court in Ajman sentenced an Asian man to three months in prison and ordered his deportation from the UAE after he was convicted of molesting a child.

Police arrested the man after the father of the nine-year-old boy reported that he used force to take his son to his room near their house.

The boy told police that the man threatened to beat him up unless he comes with him to his room, according to local newspapers.

"The boy said that the man molested him in his room and threatened him if he tells any one," Albayan daily said.
