Doctor accused of molesting woman during check-up

Saudi police arrested an Egyptian doctor on charges of molesting a local female patient while examining her at his clinic in the Gulf Kingdom.

Police rushed to the clinic in the Western Saudi town of Makkah after a report that the woman's husband assaulted the doctor.

Sabq newspaper said the husband accused the doctor of touching sensitive parts of his wife's body while he was examining her.

"We have detained the doctor for interrogation after the woman's husband insisted that he was molesting his wife," police spokesman Colonel Ati Al Qirshi said.
