Filipina maid commits suicide in Kuwait

A Filipina housemaid ended her life by hanging herself by a blanket in her bedroom at her employer’s house in Kuwait.

Newspapers said family members searching for the maid found her hanging in her room at night and called the police.

Forensic examination showed the woman, in her 30s, died of suffocation and police initially ruled out criminal activity, newspapers said.
