Hacker-rapist jailed 7 years in Saudi

A Saudi court sentenced a local man to seven years in prison after he was convicted of hacking e-mails of several women and raping some of them after threatening to publicise their private pictures,  a newspaper reported on Sunday.

Police arrested the unnamed man in the Central town of Al Rass after several girls reported that he hacked their e-mails and obtained their pictures and other private stuff.

The man was charged of hacking personal e- mails, obtaining private pictures and information, blackmail and rape.

Ajel newspaper said the court also ordered him lashed 200 times and fined him SR50,000 (Dh50,000).
