An Ethiopian housemaid in Kuwait burned the back of a two-year-old daughter of her employers with a hot iron to revenge their mistreatment of her.
The child’s father told police he had rushed his daughter to hospital thinking she had stomach pain as she would not stop crying.
“Doctors at the hospital told the father the girl is suffering from burns on the back…the father quickly accused the maid, who later confessed to using a hot iron to revenge her employers’ mistreatment of her,” Alanba daily said.
