Maid caught in Saudi menswear disguise

An Asian housemaid abusing visa rules in Saudi Arabia shaved most of her hair, donned the traditional Saudi dishdasha (gown) and Ghutra (head gear), and walked confidently on the road.

The maid apparently thought the disguise was perfect but she forgot perhaps the most important thing – her walk.

“A Saudi man noticed that the person in front of him was walking like a woman despite the male clothes. He quickly phoned the police,” the Arabic language daily Al Jazeera said in a report from the central Saudi town of Buraidah.

“When police arrested that person, they were surprised to find she is a woman. They found that her visa had expired and she was staying in the country illegally.”
