Maid commits suicide with hoover cable

An Ethiopian housemaid in Saudi Arabia committed a suicide by hanging herself by the hoover’s cable in her bed room, press reports said on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old maid was found dead by her employer in the northern town of Arar just a month after she arrived in the Gulf Kingdom.

Police said they were investigating the incident but added that preliminary examination showed she had committed a suicide.
