Maid ends life at Saudi employer’s house

An Ethiopian housemaid used a wash rope to hang herself at her employer’s house in Saudi Arabia, a newspaper reported on Thursday.

The maid was found hanging inside the washing room by her family at their house in the southern town of Sharora, Sada said.

It quoted police as saying the maid committed a suicide and that no criminal act was involved in the incident. The paper said police were investigating her motives.
