Man jailed 4 years for offering body to men

A Saudi court sentenced an Arab man to four years in prison and ordered him lashed 1,000 times after he was caught offering his body to other men.

The Gulf Kingdom’s religious police arrested the unnamed man following reports that he was offering his body for money via social networks.

Sada newspaper said police found pictures in his mobile phone showing him in women’s clothes and ‘obscene’ positions.

It said the court in the Western Red Sea port of Jeddah also ordered the deportation of the man after spending his jail term.

“The judge said he gave the defendant a reduced jail term because he showed repentance and had no police records,” the report said.
