A Kuwaiti woman hurried to the police station and told them her hand bag had been snatched just before she entered her house in the Gulf emirate. The police officer calmed the woman down and asked her if she can recognize the thief.

“Of course I can….he is my husband…he stole my bag and fled,” the woman told the officer in the capital Kuwait City, according to Al Watan newspaper.

The paper said the husband and his wife had a heated argument while they were shopping before he decided to drive her back home.

“As she stepped out of the car near their house, the husband snatched her bag off her and drove away to an unknown destination,” it said without giving further details.
