A Saudi health official was sacked two months after he was suspended from his work on charges of molesting a female job applicant.

The Health Ministry suspended the official at the King Fahd Medical City in the capital Riyadh after the woman leaked a letter sent to her by the official before it went viral on social media, triggering an immediate probe by authorities.

“The committee investigating the issue convicted the official for his behaviour. Accordingly, his services were terminated,” Ajel daily said.
