Two men found hanging by tree on same day

A Saudi and an Indian committed a suicide on the same day in Saudi Arabia, using a rope to hang themselves by a tree but in two different cities.

The 31-year-old Saudi was found hanging by a tree with a rope tied around his neck in the southern town of Abu Arish on Tuesday, Kabar daily said.

A while later, police reported the discovery of another man hanging fby a tree in the western Red Sea port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia’s second largest city.

The paper said police were investigating both cases to determine the motives for the suicide, adding that they ruled out any criminal activity.
