Two-year-old child raped, killed and dumped

In a gruesome incident of sexual abuse, a two-year-old Egyptian child was raped, killed and her body dumped outside her parents' home.

According to 'Al Youm Al Sabea’a', Wala'a was playing outside her house when she disappeared. The family desperately looked around but the toddler was missing for three whole days.

Police department of Sawhahj governorate of Upper Egypt had begun investigating the case, when the family found the little one's body damp and wet in front of their house.

Forensic reports confirm the child was raped and later killed.
