A Bahraini wife, fed up with her drug addictive husband, waited for him to have some pills and phoned the police. Police men did not need to raid the house in the Bahraini capital Manama as the wife was waiting and quietly opened the door for them.
When they arrested the intoxicated husband, he appeared to have already prepared an excuse when he told them he was taking drugs prescribed by the doctor.
“Police found seven types of pills with the husband but four of them are not mentioned in the doctor’s prescription,”Alayam Arabic language daily said.
It said the unnamed husband was sentenced to six months in jail on charges of taking drugs, adding that an appeals court upheld that sentence.
