Boys, 12 and 13, charged with 'appalling' rape of woman in 40s

A couple of pre-teen boys have been charged with appalling rape of a woman who is in her 40s in her own apartment.

The alleged assault took place in UK's Liverpool area in the presence of other boys, who were also in the age bracket of 12-19 years. About 11 of them were arrested only to be let off later.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled at Liverpool Crown Court for March 17, reports Mirror.
