Agility pays $376,000 for Spanish transport firm

Kuwait logistics provider Agility said on Thursday it paid $376,000 to acquire the transport and warehousing business of Spanish firm Combalia Transportes Internacionales.

The purchase enables Agility to boost its road freight service in Spain, the company said. (Reuters)
