Bahrain money supply rises 8.5% in March

Bahrain's money supply grew 8.5 per cent year-on-year in March, after a 5.3 per cent increase the previous month, official data showed yesterday. M3, the broadest measure of money circulation in the Bahraini economy, stood at BD8.75 billion (Dh85bn) in March compared with BD8.06bn in the year-earlier month, the central bank said.
