Shareholders of Bank Audi approve dividend payout

BEIRUT Bank Audi shareholders have approved a dividend payout for 2008 at the rate of 3,400 Lebanese pounds per common share. The lender, known as Audi Saradar Group, said the shareholders also approved a dividend of nearly $2.19 a share for holders of series "C" preferred shares.
