Amana to sell 40% of its share in IPO

Saudi Arabia's Amana for Cooperative Insurance plans to sell 12.8 million, or 40 per cent, of its shares in an initial public offering at the share's par value of SR10 (Dh9.80), Abha-based Al Watan daily reported yesterday.

The regulatory authority has given its approval to Amana to carry out the IPO between March 22 and March 28, the paper reported.
