Construction Bank plans to raise $11 billion

China Construction Bank plans to sell shares to raise about Y75 billion (Dh40.37bn) of capital this year, said two people with knowledge of the matter. The Beijing-based bank may raise as much as Y45bn in a private placement on the share market in Shanghai.
