DI approves 10 per cent bonus proposal

The board of directors of Dubai Investments (DI) has approved a proposal to distribute 10 per cent bonus shares for 2008.

The bonus will be distributed on the basis of the paid up share capital of the company as on December 31, 2008, said a statement.

The proposal will be approved by the shareholders at their AGM on April 21 in Dubai.
