Moody's cuts Iceland's ratings outlook

Moody's Investors Service cut its ratings outlook for crisis-hit Iceland to negative from stable, citing liquidity uncertainty and delays in resolving the Icesave debt.

Moody's said Iceland' impasse with Britain and the Netherlands for Moscow Billions threatened its recovery and could create refinancing problems for the government.
