Saudi Arabia eyes 20% rise in FDI this year

Saudi Arabia is expected to see foreign direct investment growth of over 20 per cent year on year in 2010, an executive said yesterday.

"We expect FDI to witness growth in the range of 20 per cent year on year as compared to 2009 due to the continuing global recession where international capital is looking for alternative markets," said Tarek Kabrit, Principal at Siraj Capital.
