Tecom Investments, a member of Dubai Holding, yesterday named new executive directors for two of its media clusters within its expansive portfolio, in tandem with its rapid growth momentum.
Mohammad Abdullah, a media veteran of more than 20 years in the UAE, has been appointed as the Executive Director of Dubai Media City. Saeed Al Falasi has been appointed as Executive Director for International Media Production Zone (IMPZ). Beginning his career with Abu Dhabi TV as a broadcast journalist and news anchor, Abdullah played an vital role in establishing the news centre in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
"Al Falasi brings with him a wealth of professional experience and a nine-year track record in operations and management from his previous positions at DWTC – Real Estate Department – and Dubal," said a statement.
Dr Amina Al Rustamani, CEO of Tecom Business Parks, said: "Both of them will contribute to ensuring the continued delivery of our core offerings."
