Emirates Post has introduced improvements to its parcel service to India, including guaranteed door-to-door delivery in 10 days, a money-back guarantee if deliveries are delayed, an online track-and-trace facility and a call centre inquiry option.
Customers using the enhanced service between now and August 23 can win prizes in weekly raffle draws, including air tickets to India, hypermarket vouchers, electronics and gift items.
Parcels can be sent from any Emirates Post outlet in the UAE. The maximum weight allowed is 30kg and the rate is Dh50 per parcel and Dh7 per kg. The value of the contents should not exceed Dh800 or Rs10,000 per person.
"Our network offers the most reliable and cost-effective parcel service to India," said CEO Ibrahim bin Karam. "We are pleased to introduce several value additions."
