National carrier Etihad has reduced a selection of its air fares by up to 50 per cent for travel during Ramadan and the autumn.
The promotion, which runs from Monday to November 10, sees prices to destinations like London reduced by 52 per cent to Dh1,900.
Return economy flights from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok start from Dh1,293, a discount of 37 per cent, Kuala Lumpur drops 30 per cent to Dh1,851 and Cairo prices start at Dh1,163, down 23 per cent.
Geert Boven, Etihad's Executive Vice-President Sales and Services, said: "Ramadan is a very special time for people living and working in the UAE and the Middle East and Etihad is proud to unveil these fares that will provide customers with the opportunity to visit family and friends who live abroad."
