Gulf Air to begin Alexandria and Aleppo routes

Bahrain's national carrier Gulf Air has said that it will launch services to Alexandria, Egypt and Aleppo, Syria, from June.

Services to Alexandria will commence on June 2 with four flights per week, while Aleppo will start on June 17 with three weekly flights. The airline, which celebrated 60 years of operations last week, recorded a growth of 4.1 per cent in passenger seat factor for January and February 2010, compared to the same period last year.
