National carrier Malaysia Airlines has placed an order for up to four Airbus freighters, adding to its purchase of up to 25 Airbus passenger planes that it expects to start receiving next year.
The airline said it inked a pact for a firm order of two A330-200F freighters with an option for another two of the aircraft. The first freighter is expected to be delivered in September 2011.
No financial figures were disclosed.
