ADCHS invites tenders for retail markets

Abu Dhabi Center for Housing and Service Facilities Development (ADCHS) has invited tenders for the development of retail markets with shopping facilities in Abu Dhabi on a design, finance, build, own, operate and transfer basis.

Tender submission deadline is June 10.

The non-refundable tender document fee is Dh10,000 and interested parties can obtain the RFP documents from ADCHS until April 22.
