Al Mazaya Holding has announced that development works on Clover Clinic is progressing well.
About 80 per cent work has been completed on the 4,000 square metre project project, which is located in Al Jabiriya District, Kuwait.
Clover Clinic is made up of 19 floors with an additional seven-storey facility flanking the main building and a basement that holds 200 car spaces.
Al Mazaya has signed a contract for the development of the Clover Clinic complex with the BOT system, and aims to develop Clover as a trademark to be used throughout the Gulf. The cost of the project is estimated to reach KD7 million (Dh87m).
