Crowe to lead IGY's marina development team in region

Marina company Island Global Yachting (IGY) has appointed Jonathan Crowe as Director of Development for the Middle East and Europe.

Crowe will be responsible for projects that will create nearly 40,000 new berths across the region as well as the development of new marinas in Europe.

Crowe has 10 years of experience in development management in both the marina and property industries in Australia. He was a consultant for two Australian developers, Meridien Marinas and Abel Point Marinas.

"Leading the team at IGY is an exciting opportunity for me and I look forward to working with them," said Crowe.

IGY owns, develops and manages marinas. The US-based company is the exclusive marina developer for all of Nakheel's coastal developments including the Palm Jumeirah and The World.
