Damac Properties, the largest private property developer, has awarded Dh22.9 million contract to NSCC Foundation Engineering for its Lakeside project, a residential development at the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai.
The Lakeside project comes close on the heels of its previous two projects the Crescent and Lago Vista in IMPZ. The enabling works that includes shoring, excavation, dewatering and piling, commenced last month.
Hussain Sajwani, Chairman of Damac Group, said: "We are pleased to announce the progress of enabling works at our Lakeside project. This will add a lot of value to our project portfolio.
