Damac Properties has awarded a Dh10.7 million enabling works contract to International Foundation Group for plots 12,16 and 25 of its Lincoln Park project at Arjan in Dubailand.
IFG specialises in geotechnical and foundation engineering and has completed several assignments for Damac in the past two years.
"We are pleased to start the enabling works on yet another project," said Damac Chief Executive Officer Peter Riddoch. "This is a strategic development offering state-of-the-art facilities in a luxurious, internationally designed environment. I am confident that this will be a unique offering."
In 2008, Damac will deliver 527 units in Lake View at Jumeirah Lake Towers, 192 units in the Executive Heights project at Tecom, 198 units in Tera Del Sol 1 and 2 and 848 units at The Crescent in the International Media Production Zone.
