Abu Dhabi Land, the contracting company, announced the completion of the dredging, reclamation and rock revetment works at Dolphin Island and coastal protection for the Marina Square at Reem Island Sector 1.

The coastal protection works for the Marina Square comprised a 1,700lm of sea wall for shore protection with decorative panels and rock groins' for safeguarding of its 270lm beach.

The scope of work also included the development of the circular small craft marina about 180m in diameter with 22 berths, including pontoons, guide piles, gangways along with a water taxi courtyard.
