Emal signs agreement with TGA

Emirates Aluminium (Emal) has signed a deal with its first local customer – Trans Gulf Aluminium (TGA), a company that makes wire rods and alloy ingots.

"Emal is extremely proud," said CEO Saeed Fadhel Al Mazrooei.

"Our product is now being used in local manufacturing, creating opportunities and business growth for the emirates.

"This marks the beginning of what we hope will be a long-lasting relationship between our two companies. Emal is a cornerstone of the UAE's diversification strategy.

TGA Director Uzair Ahmed said he shared Mazrooei's pride in establishing a supply chain with mutual benefit for the two companies.
