Greenline signs Dh700m design contract

Greenline Interiors has signed a Dh700 million contract for the interior design and fit out of three luxury hotels that make part of a resort currently under development in the city of Tartus, Syria.

The project is being developed by Syrian developer Antaradus, with the involvement of various British investors. The resort will be built across 1.5km of reclaimed land

Samir Badro, Chairman and CEO of the Greenline Group, said the capacity of their headquarters in Jebel Ali Free Zone, which includes offices and factories spread across 600,000 sq ft, offers the needed resources and facilitates to such large-scale projects.

To cater to its Syria project, Greenline Interiors has taken up offices in the recently launched Commercial Centre of Emaar's Eighth Gate.
