Hill promotes two executives

Hill International, the international construction risk management company, announced that it has promoted two senior executives in the company's Project Management Group.

Mohammed Al Rais has been named Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Middle East. He previously was senior vice-president in charge of Hill's Start-Up and Compliance Group. Abdo E Kardous has been named Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Asia/Pacific. He previously held the same title for Hill's Middle East region.
