Hydra Properties, a UAE-based international property developer, yesterday announced the completion of 40 per cent of the pillar works for Hydra Waves, located at the beach city of Mazatlan in Mexico.
Commenting on the swift progress of the Hydra Waves project, Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chief Executive Officer, Hydra Properties, said: "Keeping promises is a way of life for us at Hydra Properties. We remain committed to quality as well as the timeline. I'm aware that the real estate world is keenly watching the progress of our premier project in Mazatlan. Hydra Properties has not only met the project's various goals so far, but in the process set new benchmarks for excellence."
With 40 per cent of the pillar work target achieved, and excavation already completed ahead of schedule, the project is expected to be complete within 30 months starting from this July.
The Hydra Waves comprises a number of towers, including the 37-storey Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower, which will face the main seafront in the heart of the Golden Zone between Islas del Sol Resort and El Cid. It will soon emerge as the tallest condominium tower in Mazatlan, the builders claimed.
