Hydra Village units to be given out in Q2

Hydra Properties said it will be handing out units in Hydra Village Abu Dhabi, in the second quarter of 2009 when it completes Phase I.

The developer has also announced that excavation work for phase II is now 20 per cent complete. With construction progressing as planned, the project will be completed on schedule by December 2010, said the developer.

Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chief Executive Officer, Hydra Properties, said, "We treat completing the project on time with as much regard as our customers do, and it is as much an achievement for us as it is a great convenience for them."

The project contractors comprise Ersa, PAL Technology, Blue Sea, Abu Dhabi Land and Bayunah Laboratories. Samer Group and NEB Consultants have also been enlisted for the design and general supervision of the development.
