Memon Investments has awarded Hi-Tech Electro Mechanical Contracting a Dh13.6 million contract for the supply and installation of 890 air-conditioning units in Champions Tower I, II and IV and the Cambridge Business Centre.
The developer says the energy-saving feature of the product is in line with its commitment to green building codes, which it will implement within its five projects in Jumeirah Village South. "We are fully committed to on-time completion of all work," said Rudolf Valerian D'Souza, Manager, Hi-Tech Electro Mechanical.
