New Executive Director joins Limitless

Douglas Kelbaugh has joined Dubai-based global master developer Limitless as Executive Director of Design and Planning.

He brings more than 35 years of experience in architecture and urban design and is a pioneer in solar architecture and mixed-use, mixed income and transit-oriented development.

Former Dean of Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan, Professor Kelbaugh is also a recognised expert, speaker, educator and author of numerous essays, editorials, and books on architecture and urban planning, including urbanism.

"I admire and embrace the Limitless vision to enhance people's lives through distinctive and sustainable development," he said. "My top aim is to produce environmentally resilient, affordable, livable communities that celebrate good architecture and urban design. This is more easily said than done."
