Saudi plans to cut customs duty on steel by 5%

Saudi Arabia intends to cancel a planned customs duty on steel of five per cent, though this has not yet been enacted yet, a top Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) official said yesterday.

It is the world's biggest bulk chemicals firm by market value.
