DUBAI Unibeton Ready Mix has successfully completed the installation of iCrete Link System and deployed it for concrete production in two of its plants.
The combined total volume of these plants, equipped with the new technology will exceed one million cubic yards on two continents in the first year.
According to Juan Carlos Terroba, CEO, iCrete, the two-way, real-time quality control and batch-monitoring system will increase profitability and transform concrete industry worldwide.
The iCrete Link System is an advanced two-way communication and control channel that presents and tracks production and materials quality for advanced concrete mixes. This is the first time the technology is being installed outside North America.
Unibeton Ready Mix installed the iCrete Link system in two batching plants last month.
