Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said on Sunday it agreed with the Khartoum stock exchange to encourage dual-listings of securities.
"The agreement aims to facilitate and encourage dual-listing between the two markets and encourage cooperation of their brokerage companies," Essa Kazem, chairman of DFM's parent company Borse Dubai said in a statement on the bourse website.
The two exchanges will also cooperate on the exchange of information, technology and training, DFM said. (Reuters) |
