Exxon sells 9.43% stake in Gassled to Njord

Exxon Mobil, the largest US oil company, sold its 9.43 per cent stake in Norwegian natural-gas pipeline network Gassled to Njord Gas Infrastructure. "This divestment will have no impact on Exxon Mobil's operated or partner-operated producing assets in Norway," said a company statement. It will retain its current capacity rights to transport gas through the pipeline.
