Non-UAE nationals net sellers on DFM

Foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, continued to remain net sellers on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) during the trading week that ended January 11.

They bought shares worth Dh464.3 million, comprising 41.4 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the week.

The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the period reached Dh506.3m comprising 45.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

Net foreign investment on the market reached Dh42m during the period, as aggregate sell.

The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during the week reached Dh161.6m comprising 14.4 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached Dh295.2m.
