Piling Tech to expand across UAE

 

Piling Tech, a civil engineering subsidiary of Tech Group specialising in foundation engineering and design, has announced it will soon be expanding into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

 

The company has already signed around 120 agreements for projects in Ajman, including Ajman Pearl for Dh52 million, Aqaar Properties’ Ajman One for Dh51m and Tameer Holding for Dh21m, said Abdul Khalik M Sultan, general manger of Piling Tech.

Ajman Pearl are the first freehold residential apartments in the emirate.

 

The project offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Sultan said the company is looking to grow into other emirates.

 

Piling Tech participated in the Piling and Deep Foundations Summit 2008, which took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai.

 

“Established in 2003, Piling Tech’s current investment is Dh300,000m; its 2007 profit was Dh27m, a figure expected to double to Dh55m in 2008,” he said.

 

“Piling Tech has grown rapidly in the five years since we first entered the market, working to develop the latest techniques in boring and driven piling systems. The conference was a chance for us to raise awareness about the company, and showcase our achievements while making a contribution to the industry,” said Sultan.

 

“Our participation in the conference was a resounding success, attracting much attention from important industry players. It was a perfect opportunity for us to show the value that we can add to all our projects.

 

“We believe the interest that Piling Tech has generated will allow us to continue to grow and develop an even stronger competitive position in the market.”

 

Sultan said the conference presented an opportunity for world leaders in deep foundation design, construction and testing to come together and explore innovative ways to improve the value and quality of the services provided by the industry.
