AMC and ACW form a strategic partnership

ACW Holdings, a UK-based property developer, said yesterday it has entered a strategic partnership with Dubai-based Allied Maintenance Company (AMC).

ACW Holdings is a property developer specialising in high-yield investment opportunities across the residential, retail, serviced apartment and commercial office sectors in the UAE. The company has brought European standards in construction to the market and pioneered property investment opportunities specifically for foreign investors.

AMC is a specialist facilities management company providing building and tenant services. The company has over 20 years of experience and is regarded as one of the region's leading providers of facilities management and professional outsourced business support services. AMC has operations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE and provides technical, infrastructure and facilities management throughout the Middle East.
